Course enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed when payment is received and the student is added to a specific course date.
• Cancellation and reschedule policies are provided at the time of enrollment and depend on the course.
• Certificates of completion are issued only after the student completes all required hours and demonstrates the competencies covered.

Beauty lounge services

• Appointments must be honored or canceled in accordance with the policy provided at booking.
• You are responsible for telling your technician about any allergies, recent eye surgery, infections, medications, or pregnancy that may affect treatment safety.
• Lash and brow services involve chemicals applied near the eye. We follow professional safety protocols, but no procedure is risk-free; you accept ordinary procedure-related risks when you proceed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
